From East of Monroe: Take I-20 west to exit 118B to US-165 N towards Bastrop. Take the Desiard St. exit and stay in the right lane. At the lights, turn right on Desiard St. Get in the left lane and the clinic will be on your left. You will see our brick building with our “The Foot and Ankle Clinics” sign on the side of the building. We are one block before ULM or University Ave and directly across the street from the Azteca Grill and The Raceway gas station.

From West of Monroe: Take I-20 east to exit 118B N towards Bastrop. Take the Desiard St. exit and stay in the right lane. At the lights, turn right on Desiard St. Get in the left lane and the clinic will be on your left. 2309 Arkansas Rd. West Monroe LA 71291

From Monroe (or east of Monroe): Take I-20 east to the Well Rd. exit. Merge into the right lane off the exit ramp and continue to the light to turn onto Cypress St. (80). Go to the next set of lights, you will see a neighborhood Walmart on the right and a Smoker’s Paradise on the left, make the left onto Wallace Rd. at those lights. Go all the way to the end of that road, at the stop sign make a right onto Arkansas Rd. Continue on Arkansas Rd. until you see Sanson Family and you have arrived.

From Ruston (or west of Ruston): Take I-20 west to the Well Rd. exit. Continue to stop sign off the exit ramp and make a left onto Well Rd toward Cypress (80). Continue to the lights and make a right onto Cypress St. Go to the next set of lights, you will see a neighborhood Walmart on the right and a Smoker’s Paradise on the left, make the left onto Wallace Rd. at those lights. Go all the way to the end of that road, at the stop sign make a right onto Arkansas Rd. Continue on Arkansas Rd. until you see Sanson Family Medicine and you have arrived
